How has Covid affected things?

Covid has created a lot of unusual effects on businesses throughout Australia.  While some have been decimated, others have exponentially flourished.

For most product industries, 2022 will see a lot of delays with getting stock, due to significant reductions in factories’ production.

We can’t control this, however, we are here for your business regardless, and can maintain our exceptional levels of service, and product quality.

We recommend getting in early, and being prepared to wait. If you can plan 3-4 months ahead, you will take advantage of well priced products, and the best result for your money.

How long will my order take?

We have processes to ensure your order is received when you require, however the following time-frames are guidelines. Certain circumstances beyond, our control, can affect these. Actual delivery time frames depend on the courier, and can be viewed here.

Covid has affected stock availability and prices Australia wide. Our best advice right now: Get in early!

Is there a minimum order?

For blank orders, there is no minimum.

For embroidered hats, the minimum is 10pcs, and can be mixed styles, colours, & sizes, as long as the logo is the same for all.

For Printing and other decoration options, the min is 25pcs.

How much is 10 hats with my logo?

Ok, so this is a hypothetical question. Having said that, our pricing is clearly displayed on each product page. If you still prefer to get a quote from us, or speak to someone in the know, no problem… just send us you logo and details of what you need. The simplest and quickest way is to enquire online.

We can’t control this, however, we are here for your business regardless, and can maintain our exceptional levels of service, and product quality.

Like most responsible businesses, we adhere to any government regulation and guidelines pertaining to Covid.

Our staff work from home. Meetings are usually via video, with any personal interactions carefully observing Covid-safe practises. Visits by customers to our showroom are limited to picking up orders only, no physical contact is made.

Our suppliers, couriers, embroiderers & printers all maintain Covid safe practises.

We continue to follow these guidelines until Covid is no longer a threat to our community, and to all Australian businesses.

Can I order just blank hats?

Yes.

The simplest and quickest way to order is via the website directly. You can filter the hats down til you get the ideal style, and place your order online. Let’s start here.

Can you make a hat with my own custom features?

Yes.

This is a full custom order, often referred to as an Indent Order.

Time frame is usually between 10-15 weeks, and the result is absolutely unique and bespoke to to your specs. Minimums usually start around the 200pcs mark.  Get in touch with us for a chat and you’ll be delighted with the choices you have.

Can I get a sample product?

Sure. Blank samples are no problem.

For decorated orders, part of our service is to provide a sample for your approval, before we go ahead with your full order.

What if I can't see what I need?

Where is my Order?

You will have received an email from us advising tracking details for your order, shortly after it was dispatched. If have any concerns, call us on 1300 428 766.

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Sure.

If it’s a decorated order, you may be requested to cover a set up fee, depending how far your order has progressed or the particular circumstances related to the order.

I don't really have a decent version of my logo. What Now?

If your logo is the wrong format, really unclear, pixelated, parts missing, or just lost, we’ll have this professionally redrawn for you. It’s super cheap at around $20.

Send us your logo and enquiry here, and we’ll make sure you get the best results.

I have a faulty or incorrect product. What now?

Call us on 1300 428 766 as soon as you are aware of any problem. We want to rectify any issues quickly.

What security measures are in place for my credit card?

The security of your personal information is important to us.

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

 When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

Can I pick up my order?

Sure thing.

We are based at Mt Gravatt ( Brisbane) area.

If your delivery address is close by, we might be able to drop it off on our day to day running around. Just let us know.
