Absolutely. We have no restrictions when it comes to ordering blank caps, - whether it is 1 or 10000.

We offer a large range of hats, bags and shirts from Grace collection, Headwear and Flexfit.  Our products are available either blank or decorated. In some cases, we can offer a custom design service offering:

3D Decoration, custom coloured fabrics, metal badging, customized eyelets, sublimated designs, branded inner tags/bands, full coverage hats. Contact us for details on this custom service.

You may purchase a single item(s) as a sample if required. Select the appropriate style in the product catalogues.

If you note this is a sample in your order,  a credit will be issued on confirmation of your subsequent order. Samples are blank. 

Embroidered samples/proofs are not available as one-offs.  Embroidered samples are done for your approval, as part of the normal production process, however an order must be confirmed/paid with us.

Brisbane orders - You can pick up your order depending on what it is. Full payment is required prior to pick up. Everyone else - your order will be sent via Australia Post or Courier.

Depending on the nature of your order, delivery is usually 2-3 days QLD, NSW, VIC and 4-5 days other states. 

For embroidered orders, you will receive a proof(sample) for your approval 5-7 days following receipt of your order, and final production 2-3 weeks after that. 

Occasionally there are delays due to stock availability, courier/postage issues, production, but we have a 95% on time success rate. Let us know if your order is urgent or required before this time frame.

You can track your order by logging into the MyAccount section. Your order history and status is displayed on your home page.

If you have bought from us before and cannot log in, you might need to re-register your details with us

To add items to your shopping basket:

1. Select if you require the item with or without embroidery

2. Select the item's size, colour, and enter the desired QTY in the Qty field, and click ADD TO CART.

To add additional colours or sizes of the product you are looking at, simply repeat this process. Your shopping cart will tally up the total # of items and the cost as you go. You can go to the checkout at anytime to view what is in your cart.

Payment is required upfront, and can be paid by bank deposit, credit card or Paypal. On some orders you may arrange for a deposit to be paid, and the balance on approval of artwork/embroidery proof.

All products are charge freight charges based on weight. Delivery within Australia only.

Production usually begins quickly upon  approval, so in most cases it's not possible to change or cancel an  order. If the changes or cancellation happens in the sampling stage, you  can cancel the order.  A setup fee may apply.

Your Logo is best supplied as a jpg, gif, eps, vector artwork or pdf. High res images are loved!!

 For some orders there may be a need to redraw the logo. Redraw fees may apply.

Small text, fine detail, and colour gradients can be difficult to reproduce with embroidery.

Additionally, the type of fabric the logo is  applied to affects the level of detail that can be reproduced. 

It is also handy to know what colour you would like your stitching to be. Download our PMS Colour guide. You can upload your logo and a sketch of your desired hat/layout as part of the checkout process or send it directly to service@hatsonline.com.au

 Pantone Matching System (PMS) is a book of standardised colours in used to  identify, match and communicate colours in order to produce accurate  colour matches for any decoration. Each colour has a coded number  indicating instructions for mixing inks to achieve that colour. 

I n most cases, we cam match exactly or very close to your desired colour.  For some material, the colour cannot be matched  exactly due to the nature of the products. Eg: rubber badge application,  the colour can vary from the supplied PMS code. If PMS colour matching  is not available on a certain item, we will use the closest available colour.

We guarantee the quality of our products, completed with your correct specifications, delivered.

Once  the goods are decorated, we do not accept returns, unless there is a  manufacturing fault.

Returns for credit of goods is strictly limited in time to 7 days from date of receipt of the goods.

Please EMAIL or CALL us with details of the problem we will respond to you promptly.

1. Items may be returned for a credit against a future or replacement order, a refund, or a discount may also be available.

2. Items must be returned in their original condition , not worn or soiled.

At present we can only operate within Australia. Please contact with your specific details for international orders.

The security of your personal information is important to us.

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). 

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
